ROMANIA Refitting procedure on all three tx sites consist not only the
transmitter replacement. Installations at the sites erected once in the
range 35 to 50 years ago.
Also the 52 antenna tower masts, the 45 curtain dipol arrays, as well as
the log-periodic REVOLVING antenna (like Swedish ALLGON AB type once
erected on DWL Malta and DWL Sines site) at Saftica site visible on Google
Earth

This log-periodic REVOLVING antenna is only visible on G.E. and Google
Maps, but not on older images of Yahoo Maps
or Microsoft Virtual Earth

Der Sender- und Antennenumbau in Rumaenien erfolgt zwischen Mai und Ende
Oktober.
Es muessen 5 (2xGalbeni, 2xTiganesti, 1xSaftica) neue Sender und an die 45
Antennen aufgebaut und gerichtet werden. In GAL und TIG neue 300 kW
Continental Sender, in Saftica nur eine 50/100kW Einheit.
