VIETNAM [and non] VoVTN. Checked the audio stream from Vietnam last
night and noted German at 1530-1600 UT. On poor 9430 kHz: 1930-2000 +
2000-2030. The Internet stream at that time was French and Russian,
followed by English at 2030 UT.

horizontal, SR 27500, Audio-ID: 1059, Monokanal B. VoVTN HotBird 13
satellite radio channel works fine, recently I heard German language at
1930-2030 UT in // to SW 9730 100kW 320deg.
Now at 1750 UT in Vietnamese language. Is RRSAT satellite transponder,
includes Overcomer sermon, 3ABN radio, TGN Radio thai, Hornafrika SOM.

RUSSIA 7120 Radio Rossii Moscow was OFF today til 17.25 UT Apr 13.
So, I checked this channel, used Eton Lextronix E1 with small 2.3 kHz
filter, pass band tuning, and sync detection. Noted an UNID program 1700-
1725 UT. But couldn't identify any audio, which sounded like French from
Chad? But signal figures below threshold here in Stuttgart Germany. -
Radio Rossii S=9+20 dB then.
5930 Radio Rossii Murmansk with S=6 signal at 0405 UT. Apr 18.
KOREA D.P.R. 7570.14 odd VoKorea Pyongyang via Kujang in Korean mx, big
orchestra, ? Nat Anthem from 1745-1750 UT? S=8, then 1800 UT in En,
Apr 13.
9990 (formerly on 9975) 1500 Ar, 1600 En, and Ar? 1700-1750 UT (ex Sp?),
to NE/ME/NoAF.
13760.18 odd VoKorea at 0745 UT, S=7-8. and // 15245.11 in Russian which
starts late at 0801.12 UT Apr 14, S=9+10dB.
