By the way all FMs in Russia of radio Culture (exc. in Moscow) were sw/on
Mikhailov), open_dx etc. (Sept, 2008).
17655 Ginbot 7 Dimts Radio, replied with a personal "thank you" e-mail
from "Aster, G7 Org". I take it as a QSL text, when they say "It was
delight to know that our radio can be heard in the Island of Gotland" and
"The broadcast you heard was our second one".
ST HELENA Radio St. Helena TEST Transmission on either 03. or 04.
October 2008
On either 03. October or 04. October starting at the earliest at 1800 UTC,
Radio St. Helena will broadcast a TEST transmission on 11092.5 kHz in USB.
It is assumed that the TEST will last for one hour.
It is assumed that the antenna will be aimed at Europe.
As is usual for TEST transmissions, Radio St. Helena will NOT issue QSL
cards.
However, RSH would be interested in short emails describing the audio
quality of the various parts of the broadcast (music, presenters voices,
interviews).
Thank-you and good listening,
Robert Kipp
(Mark Nicholls-NZL via hcdx, Oct 1)
After seeing the discussion on the statues of St. Helena QSL response, I
decided to give a try and send a follow-up letter Inquiry to Mr. Robert
Kipp

His response within 24 hours indicated that my name was not on the list of
reporters who sent in reports to the station. Apparently the staff at
Radio St. Helena have a list of some sort of who sent in reports and if a
QSL have been sent out. . He suggested for me to fill out his questioner
about what was in my envelope, what type of stamps and asked for a copy on
my original report. So I filled out what was involved with my report and
sent back (via e-mail) my original report and the filled-in questioner.
Checking my e-mail browser this morning (25th) received this e-mail that
my Radio St. Helena QSL (2007) was posted on the 22nd of September. Robert
requested if I e-mail back him when I receive.
Interesting ... this is the first time that I have encounter any problems.
with mail to St. Helena.
(Edward Kusalik-CAN, DXplorer Sept 25)
Exactly same procedure made by me. Thanks to Robert, the QSL is now on
it's way to Finland. My original report never arrived St Helena. Thanks
again to Robert for caring.
R. St. Helena, not one but two QSLs received today (Sept 27) for the 2006
R. St. Helena Revival broadcast (I was one of those that never received a
reply for 2006 although I have had my 2007 card since April). One card is
#407 dated Aug 28th and the other #418 dated Sept 3. It looks like both
were posted on St. Helena on Sept 15th. Thanks to Rich D'Angelo for
gathering the names of those that didn't receive replies and forwarding
