The regular WRN schedule for Israel Radio (for example, rebroadcast on
Sirius), wont be impacted.
REKA/Israel Radio International still does not have downloadable audio
files. The WRN website does have downloadable audio files for the 0430,
and 1830 UTC English broadcasts, but not the 1030 UTC.

LITHUANIA 1557 MW, R Polonia, via Sitkunai, Lithuania, 1602-1620, Sep
09, language was uncertain but probably Polish. News and reports related
to the French President Nicolas Sarkozy and situation in Georgia, 55555.
It was perfect reception condition because I received this station during
the car tour at the transmitting station of Sitkunai, Kaunas, Lithuania
and received by SONY ICF-SW100.

612 MW, Voice of Russia via Vilnius, Lithuania, 1400-1415, Sep 09, Russian
program with news, a song, ID sounded like "Russkoye Radio" at 1412,
45554. I received this station during the car tour at the transmitting
station of Sitkunai, Kaunas, Lithuania. The reception condition was very
well and received by SONY ICF-SW100.

666 MW, Lietuvos Nacionalinis Radijas (Program: LR1), Sitkunai, 0707-0730,
Sep 09, talk program in Russian sometimes with short instrumental music,
45444. I received this station during the car tour at the transmitting
station of Ulbroka near the city of Riga, Latvia and received by SONY ICF-
SW100. The reception condition was very well even in the daytime.

MALI 5995 Radiodiffusion-Television Malienne, Kati, at 0712-0745 UT on
Sept 03, fast talking man with French talk, ID at 0715 with male host
talking to various people over the phone, music segment at 0732 UT before
news program hosted by a man and a woman. Good signal but beginning to
fade at 0745 UT.

MEXICO Google Earth imagery. Some high resolution place.
Recently there has been some discussion (on list & off list) on the
'Shortwavesites Yahoo Group' as to the actual whereabouts of the former
'Radio Mexico International' shortwave transmitter site.
It appears that the location recently discovered by Wolfgang Bueschel was
in fact that of Radio Educacion according to Colin Miller.
We are unsure if the above location was also used for RMI or if another
location exists for that broadcaster.
Given the proximity of Mexico to the USA and that a large number of US
DXers exists & hopefully many Mexican dxers/listeners. I am wondering if
anyone can assist with the location of the RMI shortwave transmitter
location?
In fact any location of former or existing Mexican SW station txer sites
would be appreciated.
