SAO TOME Big signal here on MW 1530 kHz of VOA, African Sce at 2130-2200
UT over Vatican and Romania and checking another Sao Tome outlet on 6080
kHz was // but with weak level of signal. The prgr was "American Gold"
with songs from the 60s, featured No.1 hits from Supremes, Beatles, Elvis
Presley etc. (March 17).

SINGAPORE Radio "938 Live" (938 is from FM 93.8 MHz there) with great
signal here 0000-0100 and 1500-1600 on 6150 in En, but on March 18th found
a new Chinese speaking station at 0000 UT. So at 0050 UT there were
signals from Singapore, China(?), UN from Costa Rica and Radio Bayrak,
Northern Cyprus.

SOMALIA Radio Hargeysa - When last heard here in late 2005 Radio
Hargeisa was using 7530 kHz.

I checked several Somaliland related websites and yes, many of them give
the frequency as 7120. Some sites give the power as 25 kW and one Somali
page mentions "Costarica". The transmitter arrived Hargeysa in the
beginning of December 2007. So it seems it probably is a new 25 kW Elcor
unit.
SOMALILAND Re Hargeisa new transmitter: Checked 7120 on 19 March when the
frequency was "clear", 1700-1730 and 1830-1900 UT, but nothing noticed
here. The tests might still be irregular.

24 March after 1700 UT noted a station on approx. 7120.2 (Mauno Ritola
measured the carrier 7120.18, thanks) with male talks in unID language.
There was a RTTY-station about 2 kHz above, making it difficult to get
clear audio. Later when the RTTY signed off, the station played HOA-like
