NETHERLANDS from Media Network blog: Arrow testing on 828 kHz.
Dutch broadcaster Arrow Media Group has started testing on 828 kHz, the
frequency that will carry its new service Arrow Talks. The transmitter at
Heinenoord, near Rotterdam, has a daytime power of 20 kW and a nighttime
power of 5 kW. For the tests, it is carrying the programming of Arrow
Classic Rock. According to Dutch website
, Arrow Talks is scheduled to launch on 1 May.

RUSSIA Cland 17875 Xoriyo crash start on 1500 UT with folklore song
and man mentioning "Radio Horiyo" told 3 times and meter band. OM then
with more talks then 1402 with quranic preaches. Underground talking by
another man or possibly jammer which turned on 1404 into DRM audio. Signal
S7 44444 on start and 42433 after 1405 UT.
