0410 to 5989.96 by 0430 UT. Good signal on // 7110 kHz.

6170 Voice of Tigray Revolution, at *0256-0355 UT on April 14, noted
signing on 1 hour earlier than usual with IS. Opening Amharic
announcements at 0259 UT followed by Horn of Africa music. Fair. // 5950-
good level but mixing with a strong Radio Taiwan International via
Okeechobee, Florida. Just heard on April 7 signing on at their usual 0355
time on 5980, 6170 kHz.

Zu vorgerueckter Nachmittagsstunde um 1747 UT war die Voice of Ethiopia
auf 7165.15 und 9560.54 kHz mit ganz respektablem Signal praesent. Zur
selben Zeit 1754 UT - es war womoeglich schon die Grayline - brachte TWR
Swaziland ein schoenes Signal auf 3255 zustande. Ebenso erging es dem
Signal der ZBC aus Zimbabwe auf 3396, das eine flotte afrikanische Weise
in mitteleuropaeische Shacks lieferte.

seemingly Radio Ethiopia Gedja program. Same guess on UNID station on
7165.13 kHz at 0415 UT, weak S=2 signal. 7180.11 Unid Arabic like stn,
buzzy sound S=3 at 0420 UT. (wb)
EQUATORIAL GUINEA 5005 RNGE, "R. Bata, Bata, was inaudible during obs.
on 05 & 06 Apr; possibly off aiR.
6250 RNGE, "R. Malabo", Malabo, 1540-1840, 05 Apr, Vernacular, AfR. pops
& Spanish songs; 15341 but improved to 45433 at 1830.

15190 Radio Africa, at 2202-2255* UT on April 14, Pastor Tony Alamo with
his program #474, gives mailing address (P.O. Box 6467, Texarkana, Texas
75505) plus phone and fax numbers, Porter Wagner singing "The Dream",
station ID: "Thank you for listening to Radio Africa, inspirational ... We
are excited to share with you ...", gives email address
and address in Ghana spelled out (something
like: P.O. Box ???, Kanonme??, Accra??, Ghana), noticeable QRM at about
2240 (assume WYFR in Portuguese), fair-poor. Reception reports can be sent

I think it got lost in the various conversions of the Media Broadcast
schedule (I put the PDF original in the files section of the Yahoo group),
so here an outspoken mention:
The shortwave brokerage office of Media Broadcast (now located in an
office building downtown Juelich, no longer on the transmitter site) put
some religious broadcasters on the Issoudun transmitters, presumably all
of them using this site for the very first time:
Gospel for Asia 1530-1630 on 13750
Bible Voice Broadcasting 1625-1715/29 on 13580, Mon-Fri only
Adventist World Radio 1630-1700 and 1730-1759 on 17575
HCJB in German 1700-1800 on 6015
It could be interesting to see how much use RFI still makes of Issoudun;
has anybody seen a compact schedule for their shortwave transmissions?
Some background: RFI made a 20 years contract for shortwave transmissions
