spur signals.
Today November 17th, 2140-2200 UTC, // to fundamental 6130 kHz from Moscow
in French:
two peaks approx. 6018.50 and 6241.15 kHz, in
6017.40 to 6019.80, and
6240.30 to 6242.75 kHz range.

noted at 0730 and 0758 UT with good audio quality, compared to buzz
covered transmissions on other Samara outlets of R Tatarstana, especially
on 11925/11915 kHz in past years. Many station R Tatarstana ID's of
various voices around 0756-0759 UT.
Noted all three outlets with well performed audio feed NOW.2:21

2220z, in Portuguese, listed as 150 kW at 245 degrees. (dxld)
KL: See the Voice of Russia schedule in dxld. Apparently this is
Novosibirsk, beaming back to Europe, in use 2000-2300 for French, Spanish
and Portuguese.
With 200 kW this is clearly the "real" Novosibirsk site in the southern
outskirts of the town, existing since the fifties an equipped with about
20 transmitters or so, now upgraded to the Sneg-M 100 kW modernization
type (original Sneg's are 50 kW):
