Mitschnitte, glaube ich nun das Raetsel geloest zu haben. Es duerfte sich
um eine Station namens "Regio Radio" aus Mohacs gehandelt haben, welche im
Herbst 2007 eine Lizenz fuer 1485 kHz erhielt.
Die englische ID duerfte "Welcome to the Radio Region on the mediumwave
1485" gelautet haben.

INDIA [UNIDENTIFIED] 6003 / 6087? Two problematic stations on Sep
15th:
on 6003 instead of Echo of Hope was station with slow tempo Indian songs
1605-1903 (no // 9425, 1566, etc.) and ID seems "All India Radio" at 1615
UT and 10 min's nx in Vernacular and next songs and tunes.

At times on 6003 kHz a distorted spur of All India Radio, Delhi in Urdu //
4860 kHz.

IRAQ/IRAN Clandestines. 3928.35 R Voice of Kurdistan, No. Iraq, 0223-
0320, Sep 13, Kurdish annmt, martial song, early programme during Ramadan,
jammed by Iran, at 0230 jumped to 3934.04 while the jammer continued on
3928, Kurdish songs heard well in USB: 45444. On recheck at 0320 the
station was on 3937.50 with talk in Kurdish and no jamming, 35343.

ISRAEL Israel changes its clock back to Standard Time in two weeks, on
Sunday, Oct 5th. This means that Persian to Iran on shortwave moves from
1400 UTC to 1500 UTC:
Persian to Iran:
1500-1630 UTC (Friday and Saturday 1500-1600 UTC) 13850 and 11605 kHz
Also, all of the other live broadcasts, will be shifted an hour.
For example, English moves back to: 0430, 1030, 1830 UTC
