LUXEMBOURG As Wolfy writes, conditions were poor again this Saturday<br />

(the 12th). I think DRM was operating on 5990 kHz via LUX but weak, and I<br />

assume it was Mali in an unknown language I could hear on 5995 at 0730. I<br />

don't think LUX DRM 6095 was on air at this same time, but it is now at<br />

1100 UT.<br />
