DENMARK 243 Yesterday and today I noted very weak DRM on 243 kHz. Is
Denmark testing DRM?

Yes, low-powered tests with 30 or 50 Watts, but 500 Watts intended later.

From Oct. 3rd DRM tests on Kalundborg 243 kHz, IDing as "DR Kalundborg
Current Affairs", "Test Transmission". 1 kHz test tone and same signal
strength (30 watts) as during tests in March/April. Observed at my place
in southern Jutland less than 150 km away from transmitter.

ERITREA Eritrean Radio reported on Sept 29 *1355-1430* & *1455-1730* on
approx 8000 kHz ( // 7210 here jammed by Fana or Tigray prgr) and always
under radio an itself as some like "Dimts Ertran Demokraty" (maybe Voice
of Democratic Eritrea) but sometimes is used average jammer rumble-noise
type."DED" is with different prgr of any other Ethiopian radios on 5940,
5950, 5990, 6110, 7110, 7165, 9560, 9704 kHz etc.
Eritrea noted on Sept 29 at 0400 UT on 7100 8000 kHz but Ethiopia was at
same time on 5990 7110 7175 and on 9705 kHz was only Niger.

ETHIOPIA 6170 V. of the Tigray Revolution at *0355 UT. Monotonous HoA
music with perhaps a xylophone-like instrument in there. Became inaudible
till 0402 UT, when could hear man talking; more HoA music at 0404 UT.
Better at 0425 recheck with woman and man alternating in local language
past 0430 UT. Very weak on this channel and QRM'd by splatter from 6165
kHz; stronger on // 5950 kHz, which was mixing with co-channel WYFR's
Taiwan relay.

18th, daily approx. 0705 to 1600 UT, due of antenna repairing.

189 kHz is *much* weaker and almost not audible. 27x4m EWE & Winradio.
