Hi Glenn, someone may have mentioned this already, but "Sauti ya Injili"
would seem to translate in English as "Voice of the Gospel".

As noticed by Jari Savolainen, the transmission in Fulfulde to Cameroon on
9655 kHz between 1830-1900 is actually by SAWTU LINJIILA, not Sauti ya
Injili as in the WRTH update. Their address is: B.P. 02, Ngaoundere,
Cameroon. It still needs to be confirmed if this programme is broadcast
every day or if there are other Lutheran World Federation organisations
involved.

Christian Milling sent out a comment on German ng A-DX yesterday:
Radio 700 Krekel on 6005 kHz 1 kW will test broadcast the whole week now,
7d/24 hrs til May 11. This is a realistic check-up of their antenna
propagation into Europe. They are aware that the antenna array need
further an improvement. Best reception now reported from Finland,
Normandie invasion beaches and U.K. yet, - like a real flat DX
propagation.

Ich moechte Euch informieren, dass die 6005 die ganze naechste Woche
durchsendet (24h). Wir freuen uns auf weitere Kommentare, um mal
realistisch abstecken zu koennen, wie die Ausbreitungswege von Kall sind
um danach weitere Optimierungen an der Antennenanlage vornehmen zu
koennen.

Radio Wilantis brach Sendebetrieb ab.
Das baden-wuerttembergische "Wissens-Radio" Wilantis hat seinen
Sendebetrieb am 17.04.2008 gegen 16.00 Uhr [MESZ] abgebrochen. Der UKW-
Sender in Stuttgart (88.6 MHz) wurde im Laufe des 21.04.2008 abgeschaltet.
Naehere Informationen liegen dazu noch nicht vor.
Radio Wilantis sendete seit Dezember 2004. Nach Insiderinformationen
wurden im vergangenen September fast alle bisherigen Mitarbeiter des
Senders entlassen. Seitdem stuetzte sich das Programm weitgehend auf
archivierte, noch von der frueheren Belegschaft produzierte Beitraege.

SWR gibt DVB-T-Ausbau bekannt.
Auch 2008 geht der Ausbau von DVB-T weiter. Voraussichtlich Ende August
erfolgt laut einer Mitteilung des Suedwestrundfunks (SWR) im Norden von
Rheinland-Pfalz die Umstellung auf das digitale Antennenfernsehen.
