<strong>African</strong> <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Report</strong> <strong>2006</strong>which has 90 per cent of its territory drained bythe Congo River whose mean annual flow at itsmouth is 1,269,000 Mm 3. The renewable waterresources represent 70 per cent of the total flow,with the renewable groundwater resources estimatedat 421,000 Mm 3 per year.
