RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING COUNCILMAN MICHAEL J. SOTTOLANO
AS A MEMBER OF THE JERSEY CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
COUNCIL
OFFERED AND MOVED ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Honorable Jemamiah T. Healy, Mayor of the City of Jersey
City, has advised the Municipal Council by letter dated July 12, 2011, that he has
reappointed Councilman Michael J. Sottolano, of 84A Suburbia Drive, Jersey City,
New Jersey, as a member of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, for a term to
commence immediately and expire on June 30, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of
the City of Jersey City, that the reappointment of Councilman Michael J. Sottolano
as a member of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency for the above-mentioned
term is hereby advised and consented to pursuant to law.
