attorneys and paralegals, or for administrative meetigs with associates and paralegals.
The City does not agree to pay for time spent educatig lawyers asa result of the transfer
or work between attorneys withn the law firm unless approved by the City in advance. A

Assignient
The ser~ices under this contract shall be performed exclusively by Special Counsel not by
any other member of his firm. Special Counsel may assign work under ths contract to another
. person within the firm only with the approval of the Corporation CounseL.
New Jersey Business Registration Requirements
The contractor shall provide written notice tò its subcontractors of the responsibilty to
submit proof of busin~ss registration to the contractor.
