Also, for your information, we hereby outline the final tasks that wil complet(e the scope of our
original contract and this funding request: \.
· Prepare claim forms and sample claim package - submit for review and approval to be
utilzed for processing all clais.
· Prepare a self move agreement for the City's approval to relocate Liberty Storage for an
agreed upon, all inclusive relocation amount.
· Review and update final estimates to establish a relocation benefit for Liberty Storage.
· Monitor and inspect the property twice - once during the owner's move ~f unit holders and
once to verify all tenants have vacated.
· Complete claim for self move agreement and substitute personal property or direct loss for
outside bins for Liberty Storage.
· Complete relocation claim process for CBS Outdoor as directed.
