Request for additional funds
Dear Mr. Weller:

We have discussed the need for an additional funding request on the above referenced project.
We hereby submit a request for additional funding of $12,075, based on the following:
1. We estimate an additional 45 hours for our expert Nancy Nomikos at the current
billng rate of $135.00 or $6,075.00. We wil only bil for the hours necessary and
those hours wil be documented on our invoice. These hours are a result of the
following: .
o Additional time needed in securing estiates for the complexities in relocating IT
related items for Liberty Storage (several cc;mtractors would not provide bids).
o Additional time necessar to meet challenges in securing move estimates for the
bilboard. Several sign manufacturing companes refused to provide estiates
i .
and we spent a great deal of tie finding one that would.
o A protracted time period in working with the owner of Liberty Storage and in
dealing with the bilboard on the site requiring additional conversations and/or
meetigs with City Counsel and the displacees.
o Finalizing Liberty Storage estimates to establish a relocation benefit due to several
reviews of the estimates.
2. We wil need to pay a Machinery and Equipment appraiser $6,000.00 that has valued
the storage bit lociited on the property of Liberty Storage as well as for CBS Outdoor.
This was not part of our original scope. We wil need to pay this consultant upon
receiving payment from the City per our invoice.
