To provide janitorial services at the public communication building, for the Department of
Public Works, Division of Buildings and Streets Maintenance.

For the repairs and maintenance to motorized overhead doors for the Department of Public
Works, Division of Buildings and Streets Maintenance.

The cost of this contract renewal is thirty six thousand six hundred and sixty nine dollars and
zero cents ($36,669.00).

Upon adoption by The Jersey City Municipal Council.-
