Municipal Council of the City of Jery City
that the said bid of the aforementioned AmlJe'r Air, Inc. Be accepted and tht a contrct be awarded to said
company in the above amount, and t1e Acting Purchasing Dirtor is directed to have such a contrct drawn
up and execute; and be it furter
RESOLVED. that upon certfication by an offcial or employee of the City authonzed to receive the.
seivic;e pursuant to the contract, that the same has been reeived and that the requirements of the contract
met, then; payment to the contrctor shall be mae in accordance with the provisions of the Local Fiscal
