RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILWOMAN KALIMAH H. AHMAD
AS A MEMBER OF THE JERSEY CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
COUNCIL
OFFERED AND MOVED ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Honorable Jerramiah T. Healy, Mayor ofthe City of Jersey
City, has advised the Municipal Council by letter dated July 12, 2011, that he has
appointed Councilwoman Kalimah H. Ahmad, of 363 Bramhall Avenue, Apt. 1,
Jersey City, New Jersey, as a member of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency,
replacing Councilwoman Viola Richardson, whose term has expired, for a period to
commence immediately and expire on June 30,2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of
the City of Jersey City, that the appointment of Councilwoman Kalimah H. Ahmad
as a member of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency for the above-mentioned
term is hereby advised and consented to pursuant to law.
