WHEREAS, sincethe City of Jersey City/Dept. of Recreation will be opening a municipal pool for the Summer
of 2011, and since they have asked the Jersey City Public Schools/Food Service Department to operate the
cOncession for food and snaç:ks and since this wil provide.summer employment opportunities for otherwise
ten niotithemployees, and or Districtculin.àry art high school students ' .
BE IT RESOLVED,' It is recommended that the
È'oard of Education, upon recommendation of the.
Superintendent of Schools. and theBusiness Administrator approve theexèèution of this agreement.
