RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING PIYUSH M. AMIN AS A
MEMBER OF THE JERSEY CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
COUNCIL
OFFERED AND MOVED ADOPTION OF THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Honorable Jerramiah T. Healy, Mayor of the City of Jersey
City, has advised the Municipal Council by letter dated July 12, 2011, that he has
reappointed Piyush M. Amin, of 125 Jefferson Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, as
a member of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, for a period to commence
immediately and expire on June 30,2016.
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of
the City of Jersey City, that the reappointment of Piyush M. Amin as a member of
the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency for the above-mentioned term is hereby
advised and consented to pursuant to law.
