changes will be granted. Failure to properly document chages to the original Spending Plan
Template and Anex wil result in reimburement deniaL
These fuds must be expendedandlor obligated via executed obligations by July 31,
2013. Periodic financial and programatic reviews will be conducted to dètennine progress in
meeting stated objectives/goals and expenditue activity and if necessar, fuding
reprograming to other priority initiatives wil commence.
