RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMNT OF A CLAIM SUBMITTED BY T&M
ASSOCIATES FOR WORK ON THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE JERSEY
CITY MASTER PLAN
COUNCIL OFFERED AND MOVED ADOPTION OFTHE FOLLOWIG RESOLUTION:
WHREAS, the City of Jersey City (City) through the Division of Plang desired to prepare a
new Circulation Element of the City's Master Plan; and
WHREAS, the City awarded a contract as a Professional Services contract to T &M Associates
(T &M) pursuat to N.J.S.A 40A: 11-5 on Februar 8, 2008 by Resolution 08-087; and
WHEREAS, T &M conducted all work in accordance with ths contract; and
WHEREAS, the consulting services and associated overhead incured by T &M to complete the
work under contrct resulted in additional costs of$52,808.03; and
WHEREAS, Douglas Greenfeld, Supervsing Planer, reviewed T&M's request for payment
and has certified that payment of ths additional cost is fair and reasonable; and
WHREAS, the sum of $52,808.03 is available in Account No. 04-215-55-843-990;

WHREAS, tis payment represents final payment for services rendered under tis contract.
