5. The City shall convey and the HGDR shall accept the vehicle in "as is" condition,
without restrction or limitation, and without waranty of fitness for a paricular purpose.
6. Upon the conveyance of the vehicle, the City shall thereafer bear no obligation or
responsibility of any type or kind relating to the operation, maintenance, expense or
ownership of the vehicle, and all sùch expenses of ownership shall be the sole
responsibility of the organization.
7. The Mayor or Business Administrator is authorized to execute a gift agreement \'ith
HGDR in substatially the form of the attached and any other documents appropriate or
necessar to effectute the purposes of the \vithin resolution.
