FW:JCPD/Revised Proposal
JCPDASR #09Rebid ASRRev5.pdf; ATT00001..htm
I spoke. with Eli regarding the fees and based on the fact that we have negotiated
his original fee from $67,280 tothe current $40;000 (which includes a two month extension
of thë construction administration period at his original rate - not the inflated rate)
Attached is the revised back-up to go with the resolution.
If this issuitable and we c~n get this on the June 29th Council meeting we would líkely
be able to get this project out to bid in July - otherwise we will be waiting until the next
meeting-July 20th.
Please advise.
Thank You
Brian:
.. Here isthe simplified proposal.
I have reviewed the various fees, and concluded that this is the best we can do; given the City's unwilingness to
grant a cost-of-living increase in Tecognition of
the extraordinar delays in the project schediile.
I strongly recommend that you do everyhing you can do to get this on the schedule for the Council's 06/29/11,
in order to avoid an additional I-month delay. .
