Special Provisions
The City reserves the right to terminate the within Agreement at any time for any reason
whatsoever, in which event the Special Counsel shall be paid for services due up to the dpte of
terminati~n. Thereafter, this Agreement shall ?e considered null and void with no further rights
or obligations emanatig therefrom.
(A) If
Affirmative Action Plan
the contract exceeds $9,200~ it shall also be subject to the Affirmative Action
amendments to the "Law Against Discrimination':, N.I.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
(B) This contract shall not become effective and special 'counsel shall provide no
services under this contract until he or she has executed the following documents: . .
1. A supplemental Affirmative Action agreement pursuant to N.I.S.A.1O:5-21
et seq.
.2. An Affirmative Action Employee Information Report (form AA-302) (for.
contracts which exceeds $9,200).
These documents may be obtained from th~ departmentresponsible for the administration
of this contract. All of the terms and conditions'are made part of ths contract.
