PRODUCTS AN SERVICES UNER STATE CONTRACT
WITHOUT PUBLIC BIDDING
2. TIs contract is awarded without advertising for bids pursuat to
N.J.S.A 40A:1l-12 because Gold Type Business Machines, Inc. holds
State Contract No. A69834.
3. This contract is awarded for a term of 5 years.
4. Pursuant to NJ.A.C. 5:30-5.5(a), the continuation of the contract afer
the expenditue of fuds encumbered in the CY 2011 temporary budget
shall be subject to the availability and appropriation of sufficient fuds in
the CY20 11 - CY20 15 permanent budgets
