RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIG AN AGREEMENT WITH
LET'S THINK WIRELESS FOR THE SUPPORT
OF PROPRIETARY COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council ofthe City of Jersey
City that the said proposal of the aforementioned LET'S THINK WIRELESS be accepted and
that a contract be awarded to said company in the above amount, and the City's Purchasing Agent
is directed to have such a contract drawn up and executed; and be it fuher
RESOLVED, that upon certification by an offcial of employee of the City authoried to receive
the materal pursuant to the contact, that the same has been received and that the requirements of
the contract met, then; payment to the contractor shall be made in accordance with the proviions
ofthe Local Fiscal Affairs Law, N.J.S.A 40A:5-1 et seq
RESOLVED, the Business Entity Disclosure Cerification, Chapter 271 Political Contnbution
. Disclosure Certification, and the Determation of Value Certification attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference shal be placed on :fe with tms resolution
RESOLVED, thi contract is awarded in accordance with N.J.S.A 40A:1l-5 (1) (dd).
RESOLVED, tms contract shall be subject to the condition that the contractor provide
satisfactory evidence of compliance with the Affative Action Amendments to the Law Against
Discration, N.J.S.A 10:5-31 etseq.
