3. HGDR shall at all times use and maintain said vehicle solely for the specific purposes
associated with transporting the dogs and related services and not for any commercial
business, trade or manufacturing purpose.
4. The City reserves the right that if the vehicle is not used in accordance with the
specific puros~s indicated herein, ownership of the vehicle shall revert to the City.
5. The Cityshall convey and the HGDR shall accept the vehicle in "as is" condition,
without restriction or limitation, and without waranty of fitness for a particular
purose..
6. Upon thè conveyance of the vehicle to HGDR, 'the City shall thereafter bear no
obligation or responsibility of any type or kind relating to the operation, maintenance,
expense or ownership ofthe vehicle, ànd all such expenses of ownership shall be the
sole responsibilitY,ofHGDR.
, 7. Nothing herein contained shall be understood or constred to create or grant any third
party benéfits, rights or property interest unless the person claiming such rights is
identified herein and the rights claimed are expressly set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed this agreement on
the date set forth above.
