BLOCK 1993 LOT 27 ALSO KNOWN AS 56 ORIENT AVENU
OWND BY THE JERSEY CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
COUNCIL OFFERED, AND MOVED ADOPTION
OF THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency acquired the above property on September
21, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the property stil shows open, based on the original assessment; and
WHEREAS, the city wishe~ to cancel the 2011 taxes in the amount.of$ 1,231.83; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Municipal Council of the City of Jersey
City, that the real estate tax balance on Block 1993 Lot 27 also known as 56 Orient Avenue and
is hereby canceled in the amount of $ 1231.83.
