the Citys RFQ; and
WHEREAS, th contract is made in accordance with. the "fair and open process" of the
Pay~to-Play Law;.and
~HiEA, :Eric Berntein, Esq. has completed and submitted a Business Entity
DisclÇ)sure Certication. which certies that he has not made any reportble
contrutions .to the political orca~didate cOmmttee's lited ~n thei3usiness Entity
Diclosue Certication in the previow one year, and that the contract wil prohibit Eric
