Determation of quacations for'the parcular project remai the
responsibilty of the contractor. Nothg in these requiements is to be constred
as chagig in any way theprovisioii.that "bidder wi be requied to estblish to
the satisfaction of the Architect . (Egieer) the reliabilty and responsibilty of the
proposed su?contractors to fush and pedorm the work. . .. ", or any other
provision of these specifcations.
V. Bidders wi subiptwith I)id proposal:.
1. Pian for outreach to and utiation of miority and/or women owned
qusinesses ås subcontractors, includig bidder's anticipated level for
M/ ' s in each specia)ty, which parts of the contact bidder plan to
subcontract, an~ which pars of the contract bidder anticipates

2. As to. subcontractors requied. to be submitted. with the bid proposal
pursuat to NJSA 4QA: 11-16, or any additional subcontactors requestd
for bid su~mission by the architect Engieer, bidder wi indicate, on FoIm
WM-3, if any, are miority or woman owned, and what effort were
made to. offer.subcontractig opportties to MW's in these disciplies;
mcludig "solicitation li~" of contracturssolicited to quote on the job and
"commtment lists" of those awarded or to be awarded subcontracts.
3. Bidders Wi provide a separate copy "of items 1 and 2 above, which the
Purchasing Agent Wi forwardto the MW diectorfor review..
