Article 10
Indulgences
Neither the failure nor any delay on the part of any party hereto to exercise any
right, remedy, power, or privilege (còllectively "rights") wider this Agreement shall
operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any
right preclude any. other or further exercise of the same or of any other
right or, with respect to any occurrence, be construed asa waiver of such
right with respect to any other occurrence.
Article 11
Non-
Discriniination
In all hiring or employment made possible by or resulting from' this
Agreement there shall, not be ariy discrimination against any employee
. or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, age or national
origin, and affirmative action Vlill be taken tq ensure that applicants are
employed without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, age or national
origin. This requirement shall apply, but not be limited to employment
upgrading, .demotion or transfer, recruitment or recruitment advertising,
rates of payor other forms of compensation.
No personnel shall, on the grounds of race, -color, religion, sex, age or
. national origin shall be eXCluded from participation in, be denied the
benefits or, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity
made possible by or resulting from this Agreement. .
Article 12
Notice
All notices, requests, demands or other communications hereunder shall be
in writing and shall be deemed to be duly given if delivered to:
