The Offce of Homeland Securty and Preparedness, in its role as the State Admnistative
Agency for federal preparedness fuding, is pleased to advise you tht the .city of Jersey City bas. :
been awarded $317,419.00 of Metropolita Medical Response System (MMRS) funds from the
FFYI0 Homeland Security Grant Program.
. Ths total, $317,419.00, will be available to reimbure the municipality for its allowable
expenditures upon the completion of the requirements listed below.
I.) Return ofa signed FFYI0 Grant Agreement and required attachments (A throughJ) by
May 15,2011; to Steven Talpas, Chief, Orantand Program Management Burau, OHSP.
2.) Population ofOHSP's Grant Trackig System (OTS) Within 21 days òf receipt of this
letter.
Once these requirements. are satisfied, spending authority will be granted. and a fully
executed agreement retued for your records. Failure to complete these requirements within the
prescribed time frames may caus ths award to be rescinded and åny expenditûes will be
ineligible for reimbursement. .
The atthed subgrant agreement sets fort the cerifications, tenns,conditions and
asurcès required of the municipality before OHSPwill authorize the municipality to make
progr expenditues eligible for reimburement. . Pleae review the agreement carefully. It is
