Engieer, directii for earthwork monitorig during constrction, rather ìtan have them perform those services under our
Agreement. If you have not done so already, please expedite the preparation and execution of their Agreement.

your prompt consideration of these equitable adjustments, so that the project can be issued in July. Thank you.
