VI. Method of Reimbursement.<br />

A. Reimbursements made to the Subgrantee shall be üi the form of electronic transfer by OHSP, upon<br />

receipt by OHSP of a properly executed payment voucher/purchase order and approved invoice,<br />

which willbe properly uploaded withi the OHSP admitered Grant Tracking System (hereinafter<br />

GTS). Reimbursement requests must be submitted to OHSP with a properly completed Request for<br />

Reimbursement form to include the .signature of the agency's treasurer or fiscal offcer.<br />

NOTE: If a Subgranteeis not registered to receive electrornc fund transfers from New <strong>Jersey</strong>,<br />

they must contact Wilam Kelly, Fisci; Manager, OHSP.<br />

'B. No expenditures .made prior to the commencement of this agreement shall be eligible for<br />

reimbursement fromthe Subgrantee's allocation.<br />

C. .Agencies seeking reimbursement for an approved acquisition shall follow the reimbursement<br />

. example posted on the OHSP Website at NJhomelandsecurity.gov. .<br />

D. Any salar/frge reimbursement wil only be processed after OHSP has received and reviewed the<br />

required periodic time and activity "Certification Form" available on our OHSP website.<br />

IX. Allowable Costs.<br />

A The Subgrantee acknowledges and agrees that expenditures by the Subgrantee shall be solely for the<br />

purposes of implementing the projects set forth in the Subgrantee's approved Spending Plan Template<br />

and Anex.<br />

B. Grant fuds must be used for allowable costs consistent with the proviion of state and federal cost<br />

priciples.<br />

C. The Subgrantee understands and agrees that, incompliance with the Corrption of Public Resources<br />

Act, N.J.S.A. 2C:27-12, it canot knowingly miuse. state grant funds for an unauthoried purpose,<br />

and violations under thi act could result in a prion term of up to 20 years, and, under N.J.S.A.<br />

2C:30-~,subject to a fie of up to $500,000.<br />

x. Period of Availabilty of Funds.<br />

Subgrantees may charge to the award costs resulting from obligations ofthe funding period unless carover<br />

of unobligated balances is permtted, in which case the carover balances may be charged for costs resulting<br />

from obligations of the subsequent funding period.<br />

XI. Matching and Cost Sharing.<br />

The Subgrantee shall be required to account to the satisfaction of OHSP matchig and cost sharg<br />

requirements (if applicable) of the grant in accordance with state and/or federal requirements.<br />
