agency's full paricipation with out Grants Tracking System (GTS). Your grant coordinator wil be
contacted by our grant liaison once the system is ready to accept entries for your approved projects.
B. The grant budget as used in thi section mean the approved Spending Plan Template and Anex or
Vulnerabilty Reduction Purchasing Plan (VRPP-which pertain to federal BZPP funding only). The
Spending Plan Template and Anex or VRPP represents the project or program planed expenditures
as approved durig the grant application and award processes.
C. The Subgrantee (except in the case where OHSP assumes the responsibilty 6fGTS data entry) shall
utile OHSP's GTS in a.ddition to the Subgrantee's fiancial management accounting system.
1. .The GTS is a web-based application developed to assist with the grant management process.
2. The Sub grantee agrees to maintain on its staff at lease one person exp~rienced in the proper
input of data into theOTS system. Traing is avaiable through OHSP and wil be provided
by Mr. John Schroeder (609-584A080), OHSP GTS Admitrator.
3. Subgrantee wiluse GTSto budget all itemS, input purchase orders and record the dates grant
items are invoiced and reimbursed.
4. No expenditures shall be eligible for reimbursement until the Subgrantee populates the GTS
with all anticipated expenditures as reflected in the approved Spending Plan Teinplate and
Anex.
5. Once the approved Spending Plan Template and Anex data. is entered into the GTS, the
Subgrantee may not revise without fist enterig the change into the GTS and receiving
approval from their OHSP liaison. Charges incurred without proper approval may be
ineligible for reimbursement.
6. Subgrantee shall maintain GTS with the most current plang, procurement and expenditure
information.
D. TheSubgranteeshall promptly respond to requests byOHSP for programatic, budgetar, fical
and other information or data related to the admistration of thi grant.
E. The Subgrantee may be required to submit a fial programmatic report at the conclusion of the grant .
as prescribed by OHSP.
xv. Access to Records.
A. The Subgrantee in accepting this grant agrees to make available to OHSP pertinent accounting
records, books, documents and papers as may be necessary to monitor and audit the Subgrantee's
operations~ .
B. As a general rule for all. viitations, inpections and audits, including visits and requests for
documentation in discharge of OHSP's responsibilties, OHSP shall provide prior notice when
