Sustainable Jersey progr has created a grant progm caIled the Sustainable Jersey SmaIl
Grants. The proposal seeks to apply for this fuding to underte a Natual Resource Inventory
for the city.

One of the main pnonties in the establishment of the Jersey City EnvIroIùenta
Commssion is to complete and mainta an Envionmenta Resource Inventory for the
City. This is a comprehensive report that will serve as a reference for land use plang,
best management practices, public inastrctue, and open space.

Jersey City strves to save ta doIlars, improve land, air and water qualitY, and improve working
and living environments of the community. Underting this study utilzing Sustainable Gri
Funding to fulfiIl these goals.

Cost: $0.00; work to be fuded though the Sustainable Grant Fund and managed byJersey City
City Planing Staff and the Environmental Commission
