WHEREAS; the City of Jersey City (City) wiU be constctig a new Deparent of Public Works
. facilty at 13-15 Linden Avenue East; and
WHREAS, Libert Warehouse locateil on Lot X.i and Libert Stòrage locted on Lot Y of 13-15
Linden Avenue. Eat are two commercial businesses thai heed to be relocatd from the City's
propert at 13-15 Linden Avenue Eas; and' .
WHREAS, it is necessar for the City to hire a consuitat to provide the City with commercial
relocation asistace servces; and

WHREAS, O.R. Colan Associates~ LLC (ORe) submitted a proposal to the City indicating that
it wil prepare a WorkableRelocation Assistace Plan (WR) for a lump sum fee of $5,500.00;

services quafy as Extaordiai, Unspecifiable Services (EUS) under the Locl Public Contrts
