for the Deparment of Public Works, Division of Architectue. "
2. The City of Jersey City requires the services of a profèssional concrete contractor.
3. The City solicited proposals for these services pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:11-6.
4. Hamilton Services, LLC., P.O.Box 1153, Denvile, NJ 07834 submitted credentials and a
proposal for its. services for concrete at the Lafayette Pool Complex in the amount of
$48,720.00.

5. . 1 recommend the award the contract to Hamilton Services, LLC.
6. The term of the contract is two (2) weeks as of the date of contract award.
7. The estimated amount of the contract exceeds $17,500.00.
8. This certification is. made pursuat to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
9. I certify that the foregoing statements are true. I am aware that if any of the foregoing
statements made by me are wilfully false, I am subject to punishment. .
