GENERA
TECHCAL SPECIFICATIONS
General Conditions and all supplementa ariales are hereby included in this section to the same ex'
as though wrtten out hereinll. All work of this section shall be performed in accordance with
requirements of these specifications and with all codes and local ordinances having jurisdiction.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall furnsh for a period of one (1) year the following services:
. PREVETATIVE MAENANCE SERVICE ..
MONTHLY SERVICE
YEAR ROUN SERVICE
for the heatig and air conditioning equipment listed under each municipal buildig in the Equiprn
Schedule attached to the back of these technical specifications. It shall be understood that include,
part of the equipment list at each facilty will be: all associated temperatue control equipment/devie
all related electrcal equipment, including. but not . limited ' to, high and low voltage wiring, cin
breakers, transformers, internal electrcal components and wiring; duct smoke detectors; hydronic val
. and controls; etc. Conditions paricular to each service are outlnèd in the "Terms of Contract.
