NEW JERSEY OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY AND PREPAREDNESS
FEDERAL GRANT AGREEMENT
I. Grant Agreement Data.
This agreement is between the City of Jersey City (hereinafter "subgrantee") andthe New Jersey Office of
Homeland Security and Preparedness (hereinafter the "SAA" or "State Admitrative Agency"). .The
agreement is undertaken pursuant to the authority of the SAA under Executive Order No. 5 (Corzine
3/16/06) to pass through federal preparedness assistance awarded to New Jersey by the Deparment of
Homeland Security (hereinafter "DHS") under the FYIO HSGP Metropolitan Medical response System
(CFDA#97.07I, Award #20I0-SS-TO-0068) in the amount of$317,419.00, hereinafter ("MMRS") or state
preparedness funding.
H. Compliance With Existing Làws. .
A. The Subgrantee, in order to permt the SAA to award this grant, agrees to comply with all state and
municipal laws, rules, reguÍations and requirements generally applicable to the activities in which the
Subgrantee is engaged in the performance of thi grant.
B. These laws rules, regulations and requirements include, but are not lited to the following.
