Non-Discrimination

there shall: not be any discrimination against any employee or applicant for
employment because of race, religion, sex, age or national origin, and affirmative

subject to discrimination under any program or activity made possible by or

Notice
All notices, requests, demands or other communications hereunder shall be in
writing and shall be deemed to be duly given if delivered to:

Article 13
Mutual Responsibilties Clause.
Subject to the provisions of the ,New Jersey Tort Claims Act and the New Jersey
Contractual Liability Act, the City shall be respbnsible for and defend itself
against any and all suits, ,claims, losses, demands or damages of whatsoever
kind or nature arising out'" of or in' connection with any act or omission of its
èmployees, age"nts or offcers, in the peiformance of its obligations assumed
pursuant to this Agreement. The City hereby releases the School District froin
any and all liabilities, claims, losses, costs,. expenses and demands of any kind,
orna.ture whatsoever, arising under state or federal law, solely out of or in
