The Customer must:<br />

Settlement and Reconciliation<br />

10.11 Customer Insolvency and Settlement Liability—Europe Region Only<br />

1. obtain the written agreement of any third party designee of the Customer<br />

that may be given access to any funds owed by or to the Customer pursuant<br />

to the Standards; and<br />

2. guarantee any such third party designee’s compliance with all its obligations<br />

to the Corporation under this subsection of the <strong>Rules</strong>.<br />
