In the above table all days refer to calendar days and violations of a Standard
are traced on a rolling 12-month basis.
3.1.2.3 Certification
A senior executive officer of each Principal must, if requested by the
Corporation, promptly certify in writing to the Corporation the status of
compliance or noncompliance with any Standard by the Customer or by any of
such Customer’s Sponsored Affiliates.
