In the above table all days refer to calendar days and violations of a Standard<br />

are traced on a rolling 12-month basis.<br />

3.1.2.3 Certification<br />

A senior executive officer of each Principal must, if requested by the<br />

Corporation, promptly certify in writing to the Corporation the status of<br />

compliance or noncompliance with any Standard by the Customer or by any of<br />

such Customer’s Sponsored Affiliates.<br />
