ABSTRACT<<strong>br</strong> />

The present organizations are being pressured to develop the domain of technology,<<strong>br</strong> />

and also, they have to prove the quality in the worldwide standards, so that they can<<strong>br</strong> />

be <strong>com</strong>plex enterprises which always take care of the customers´ changeable<<strong>br</strong> />

expectations that are more and more demanding. In order to survive, in this<<strong>br</strong> />

extremely <strong>com</strong>petitive environment, it is necessary the develop tools which are able<<strong>br</strong> />

to define its own objectives and its prospective goals to the future. These tools must<<strong>br</strong> />

be capable to identify its strong and weak points, to fortify its position and to discover<<strong>br</strong> />

the best way to be followed, even though this represents the change of direction to<<strong>br</strong> />

follow. The objective of this work is to analyze and to describe the stages for the<<strong>br</strong> />

development of the integrated performance indicators and based on the enterprise<<strong>br</strong> />

global strategy, according to the Balanced Scorecard methodology focused in the<<strong>br</strong> />

sustentation of the organization, and, to reach the previous goals established by the<<strong>br</strong> />

corporative administration. The present research used bibliographic data which were<<strong>br</strong> />

referred to the corporative administration, the control, the performance measurement<<strong>br</strong> />

and the performance indicator models. And, the case study and the documental<<strong>br</strong> />

analysis were used as methodology in this study. The performance indicators were<<strong>br</strong> />

analyzed and, it was suggested a new schedule of these indicators – indicators<<strong>br</strong> />

which are vital tools and well structured, according to the enterprise global strategy to<<strong>br</strong> />

answer to the different perspective of business.<<strong>br</strong> />
