ABSTRACT<br />The present organizations are being pressured to develop the domain of technology,<br />and also, they have to prove the quality in the worldwide standards, so that they can<br />be complex enterprises which always take care of the customers´ changeable<br />expectations that are more and more demanding. In order to survive, in this<br />extremely competitive environment, it is necessary the develop tools which are able<br />to define its own objectives and its prospective goals to the future. These tools must<br />be capable to identify its strong and weak points, to fortify its position and to discover<br />the best way to be followed, even though this represents the change of direction to<br />follow. The objective of this work is to analyze and to describe the stages for the<br />development of the integrated performance indicators and based on the enterprise<br />global strategy, according to the Balanced Scorecard methodology focused in the<br />sustentation of the organization, and, to reach the previous goals established by the<br />corporative administration. The present research used bibliographic data which were<br />referred to the corporative administration, the control, the performance measurement<br />and the performance indicator models. And, the case study and the documental<br />analysis were used as methodology in this study. The performance indicators were<br />analyzed and, it was suggested a new schedule of these indicators – indicators<br />which are vital tools and well structured, according to the enterprise global strategy to<br />answer to the different perspective of business.<br />Key words: Corporative Administration.
