When using the Master Follower function, the follower drive will open the brake at the
same time as the Master does even if the Follower's conditions for brake opening have
not been met.

External brake ON/OFF control; Output active when brake control is OFF. Used in applications
where the mechanical brake is in duty when voltage is not applied to the brake
coil.
