The driver unitconnects to the output of the control unit and the receiver unit can beconnected up to 1km away. A separate remote power supply unit is requiredat the receiver unit.Calculating Voltage DropIn order for the system to work correctly, the voltage at each device mustNOT drop below 10.5V (recommended above 12V) even when running onthe standby battery. Standard 7/0.2 alarm cable has a resistance of 8 Ohmsper 100m per core.
